About the Foundation

Bridgepoint Health Foundation supports the mission of Bridgepoint Health through charitable giving and community partnerships. Our generous donors make it possible to provide medical equipment, patient care programs, education and research that make a life-changing difference for people living with Complex Chronic Disease.

We have committed to raising $60 million to support Bridgepoint’s redevelopment, research and education programs.

Leadership & Governance

Ingrid Perry is President & CEO of Bridgepoint Health Foundation, Andrew Finn is Vice-President and Campaign Director, and Cynthia Webb is Vice-President.

A Board of Directors guides the Foundation’s strategic direction and growth, ensuring accountability and transparency. The Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, former Governor General of Canada, has served as the Foundation’s Honorary Chair since 2004.

Bridgepoint Health

Bridgepoint Health is a publicly funded healthcare organization, in Toronto, that provides patient care, research and teaching in the specialized field of Complex Chronic Disease prevention and management – the biggest healthcare challenge of the 21st century. Affiliated with the University of Toronto, the Bridgepoint Health network includes Bridgepoint Hospital, Bridgepoint Family Health Team, the Bridgepoint Collaboratory for Research and Innovation, and Bridgepoint Health Foundation.
